The Indian Residential School Survivor Society (IRSSS) has a team of seventeen Elders in B.C. who are qualified to provide guidance at gatherings, ceremonies, and workshops in the following cultural and spiritual activities:
- Sweat Lodges
- Arts and Crafts
- Long House
- Traditional Medicines and Therapies
- Traditions and Protocol
- Healing and Sharing Circles
- Holistic Wellness Plans
Elders Support Network: In addition to the spiritual and cultural workshops and counselling services provided by our Elders support team, they are active in the community providing guidance and support to clients who are involved in the Independent Assessment Process (IAP) and NSP processes.
