Administration Support Personnel Team

Hybrid, BC / 2-3 Full-Time Positions

IRSSS is hiring 2–3 Administrative Assistants to provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Administration Office Manager, Executive Team, and, when required, the Human Resources Manager. These roles help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization by managing documentation, coordinating communications, maintaining filing systems, assisting with event coordination, and supporting program logistics. These hybrid positions are based out of our office locations in Kamloops, Prince George, Hope or Vancouver.

Program Schedule Administrator

Remote, BC / Full-Time Position

The Program Schedule Administrator (PSA) plays a critical, hands-on role in coordinating and processing community service requests for IRSSS program teams. Reporting to the Director of Programs, the PSA manages incoming requests, oversees accurate scheduling, and supports timely communication to ensure smooth delivery of events, presentations, and services across the organization. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while liaising effectively with multiple internal teams and external requestors. This is a remote role with periodic travel to the employee’s residing office (Kamloops, Prince George, Hope, or Vancouver).

You’ll also facilitate workshops and healing activities in communities across BC.
