IRSSS is hiring a full-time, hybrid Service Coordinator Manager. This leadership role is responsible for supporting Service Coordinators across communities as they work directly with claimants of First Nations Child & Family Services, Jordan’s Principle, and the Trout Class Action. The Service Coordinator Manager plays a key role in helping coordinators identify and access publicly funded services, ensuring they are equipped to respond to inquiries and guide clients through required steps and procedures. Salary range starts at $75,000–$80,000, depending on experience.

IRSSS is hiring full-time, remote Service Coordinators to support First Nations Child & Family Services, Jordan’s Principle, and Trout Class Action claimants. In this term position (ending March 31), you’ll help individuals understand and access the emotional, cultural, and health services available to them. Salary range starts at $55,000–$60,000, depending on experience.

The Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS) is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Lead to guide and elevate our public voice, support department planning, and mentor junior staff. This senior-level role bridges management and design execution, overseeing high-level branding, campaign development, and content strategy that reflects the heart and purpose of our work. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with exceptional graphic design skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role based in Vancouver, with a salary range of $70,000 – $75,000 to start, plus benefits.

Are you a visionary fundraising leader with a deep passion for community resilience and social justice? The Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS) is seeking it’s very first Philanthropy Lead to cultivate and grow our community of supporters as we continue to support people who identify as Indigenous that have been directly or indirectly impacted by Indian residential schools and colonial systems to attain spiritual, emotional, cultural, and physical healing that sustains their wellness and that of future generations. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role based in Vancouver, with a salary range of $130,000 – $150,000 plus benefits.

Accounting Clerk
West Vancouver / Hybrid Role / 1-Year Term
The Finance Clerk assists the organization with accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. This position supports the finance team by maintaining financial records, processing expense claims, invoices, and credit card transactions, and performing general administrative duties related to Finance. The role will also provide payroll processing coverage in the absence of the Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounting clerk plays a key role in helping the organization maintain financial integrity and transparency, providing vital support for the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Salary range is $60,000 to start and dependent on experience, plus benefits. 1-year term position; with the possibility of extension.

Wellness Worker - RHSW/IDS/MMIWG
Prince George / Full-Time Position
The Wellness Worker (WW - RHSW/IDS/MMIWG) will provide or facilitate support services to former Indian Residential School (IRS) students and their family members. This may include emotional support, cultural support, and other types of short-term crisis support to Survivors, Intergenerational Survivors, and families in First Nations communities both rural and urban. The WC also provides presentation and workshop facilitation services on a variety of culturally safe and appropriate topics and practices.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Prince George. Position involves extensive travel throughout the province of BC, in urban and rural communities. Salary range is $70,075 to start and dependent on experience, plus benefits. Join us in making a lasting impact - apply today!

FNC & FC JP Trauma Informed Cultural Support Worker (TICSW)
Vancouver, BC / Full-Time Position / 12-Month Contract
The FNC & FC JP Trauma Informed Cultural Support Worker (TICSW) will increase capacity to meet the specific needs of Class Member(s) and potential Class Member(s) seeking trauma-informed health and cultural supports, including support for children, youth, and families, both on-reserve and off-reserve.
This is a full-time, 12-month term contract, hybrid position. Position to be filled in various office locations: Vancouver, Hope, Prince George, Williams Lake, Terrace.
