Holiday Office Closure Announcement
As 2025 comes to a close, IRSSS would like to share an important update with the communities we serve.
This past year, our team has shown extraordinary dedication and commitment - often working through holidays and long hours to support Survivors, families, and communities across the province. To honour their work and allow time for rest, reconnection, and spiritual grounding for the year ahead, IRSSS office locations will be closed from Monday, December 22, 2025, to Friday, January 2, 2026.
We recognize that this change may raise questions for those who rely on our services. Please be assured that our Lamathut 24/7 Crisis Line will remain open throughout the holiday season for anyone in urgent need.
This holiday closure is a moment for us to raise our hands to the IRSSS grassroots team and honour their dedication. Taking time to care for our hearts, minds, and spirits ensures we can continue this work with strength, compassion, and resilience in 2026.
