Free In-Person Class Action Claims Process Support Available Sept 14-17 in Skidegate & Masset, BC
Licensed lawyer Pamela Large Moran (PLM Law) will be available Sept 14-15 in Masset, BC, and Sept 16-17 in Skidegate, BC to provide free, in-person legal assistance for individuals affected by the Indian Hospital Settlement and Indian Boarding Homes Class Action.
IRSSS is pleased to also be providing emotional and cultural support at all sessions; IRSSS Cultural Support Workers will be available to provide one-on-one support to claimants navigating the settlement process.
No appointment is required — drop-ins are welcome and encouraged!

IRSSS provides culturally safe, trauma-informed health and wellness support for claimants affected by the Indian Hospital Settlement and Indian Boarding Homes Class Action settlement processes.
These services are available at no cost and are grounded in First Nations values, cultural safety, and community wellness practices. Support is available throughout the claims journey, with a focus on mental, emotional, spiritual, and cultural well-being.
