Crystal is a member of the Lytton First Nation Member – Nlaka’pamux Territory / Dual citizen of Canada and the United States.

Practicing in the Human Resources profession since 2004. Sixteen and half years working and supporting Stó꞉lō Service Agency and additional years assisting other Indigenous organizations and local provincial government.

Completed a diploma in Business and Administration Manager and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. Active member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia & Yukon and a Certified Indigenous Human Resources Professional through Aboriginal Financial Officers Association of Canada. Crystal’s practice in Human Resources incorporates her cultural knowledge, career experience and professional knowledge to provide comprehensive advice and guidance for employee management, recruitment, strategic planning and workplan development.

She is a daughter and grand-daughter of Residential School Survivors. One of five siblings. Married in 2010 and a mother of 2 healthy happy boys with family lines that extend into Sto:lo Territory and Washington State.
