Snilh Dionne McGrath ti nskwátsitsa. My name is Dionne McGrath.

My ancestral name is Ti wa Nukw7aylh. My ancestry comes from St’át’imc Nation and Rosedale, BC. I was born, raised and currently live in Ts’elxwéyeqw (Chilliwack, BC) territory.

I am a proud mother & grandmother of three children and five grandchildren.

I am an intergenerational survivor, which has created a passion for working with the Indigenous population. My late mother went to residential school. I understand and am well aware of the trauma and impacts that have been put upon Indigenous people and want to be a part of the change moving forward.

I am grateful to be given the opportunity to work with the Indigenous communities as a Wellness Worker, providing support, connection and guidance. I take pride in my spirituality, culture, family and connection. I look forward to working with my people. All my relations!
