Service Request Form

Thank you for taking the time to complete the IRSSS service request form. We kindly ask for requests to be submitted two weeks in advance. With this form, you can request support from the following programs:

  • Emotional Support from the RHSW team

  • Cultural Support from the CSP team

  • Support from the MMIWG Team

  • Support from the IDS Team*

  • Support for 2SLGBTQIA+ Clients

  • Youth Support from the QQXX Program
    (Lower Mainland)

  • Follow-up Crisis Line Tele-Health Support
    (1-800-721-0066)

  • Referral to Counsellors and/or Elders for Support

*Please note: IDS Coordinators have reached capacity and are no longer accepting new clients seeking assistance with the First Nations Drinking Water Settlement. 

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing a high volume of support requests. As a result, our response times may be impacted. Rest assured, we are working diligently to address all inquiries as promptly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period - thank you.

All information submitted will be kept confidential to the organization. The IRSSS scheduling team will reach out to confirm they have received your request and will connect with staff to best provide support.
