My name is Carol Stegman, and I am The Indian Residential School Survivors Society receptionist. I am originally from the Central Coast of BC, Heiltsuk (Bella Bella). I live and work on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. I have lived in the Lower Mainland most of my life.
