Wendall Williams

Resolution Health Support Worker / Elder & Cultural

My name is Wendall Williams; I am Mohawk (Haudenosaunee) from Six Nations and Anishinaabe (Ojibway) from Garden River First Nations, Ketegaunseebee.

Since 1994, I would like to acknowledge that I have lived, Worked, Played and Healed one of the traditional unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, which is also known as Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I work as a Resolution Health Support Worker. I provide emotional, mental, and cultural support to Residential School survivors and their immediate and extended families. I also assist with supporting the organization's response to community needs by providing cultural teachings, spiritual and emotional and mental support in crisis response, community engagements and functions related to residential school teachings.
