On June 21st, National Indigenous Peoples Day, we celebrate the enduring strength, wisdom, and living culture of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

May 5th is Red Dress Day, Canada's National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People (MMIWG2S).

The holiday season can bring up a mix of emotions. To support you in caring for your mind, body, and spirit, we have shared some self-care tips and practices to help you move through this season with gentleness and grounding. 

For survivors, their families, and impacted communities, the National Day for Truth & Reconciliation can be deeply emotional and stressful. At IRSSS, we stand with you, offering support, resources, and a listening ear.
